Time sure does change things – and friendship is definitely one of those things that change! It seems every decade brings a new form of interaction with my friends and me.

It is so hard to make time to get together with friends. I sometimes wonder if it our generation or was it always like this.
I agree! Parents are so busy (at least I feel that way!).

I text and email more than anything now (including getting together with people!! :/ ) On one hand, I like that we can communicate a lot MORE than we used to, but I really don’t like the whole “plugged in” thing.
I have yet to use Skype, it sounds so cool! 
Skype is really easy and fun. Your kids would really like it.
Oh, I bet! A friend of mine in Australia does it and has asked me if I do, but I don’t know anything about it! How cool would that be, though?! But doesn’t it take a camera thing?
Yeah, you have to have a camera hooked up to your computer.
